have selected our executive director and general council of the bar association of san francisco, yolanda jackson. thank you. all of you from the background, from the titles from where you work, i'm very proud of each and every one of you for the outstanding work and your commitment to our city and to our communities. thank you all and i know that change does not happen on its own and i know it takes all of us working together and this is something that i had many discussion uzwith eech and every one of you. i never want you to work alone. the exciting thing working in san francisco is you get to work with each other. you get to work with people that you didn't think cared about what you do, whether in your department or in your commission or in your prive ate sector or non-profits. what i think what we do the best is we break down those barriers, work more as a collaborative city and that's how we improve the conditions and opportunities for women in our city and women in our region. there is always more things to do. that's why i'm excited to announce that alongside last years-i joined
