i am not an expert on new york state civil law.t seems to me t they could've already granted this before the very last minute so i am skeptical anything will happen in this courts and that of course will be bad for former president trump. the idea this is what in the others civil defendant would face i think it's ridiculous. i am unaware of any case from new york or anywhere else there's a 355 million-dollar judgment that is before interest where there is no jury there was no loss. under this particular statute you do not even have to prove reliance. i am unaware of any case like that. my question is one of my many questions is where was the attorney general in previous attorney general's? where was the manhattan das office where was the u.s. attorney's office during the 30 years before trump became president and he was operating in new york? they did not try to do anything to him along these lines it's only after he became a political figure. i don't think there's any doubt this is political in nature. >> former president has said
