i am a cultural anthropologist i didn't know youou were sitting in the audience. but the way in which you look at communities and understand and development of what is happening to them is critical for us to understand the environment with which we are working. companies and corporate's have people who do understand the edge dollars. they see the indicators of a change or of a behavior. i want to see a collaboration between that knowledge and understanding and i don't see that. with that government and corporations canar do. and what they have done because whether they are selling water or soap to understand culturally in the data in the learning and it is critically important to understand and if you are waiting for government to do this will be waiting a very long time. it would require us as humans and for what it would take to d do. it's not a perfect comparison but enough but when hiv-aids because we could not talk about it because of that :-colon one - - context. they were scared with the great unknown. ended 2019 we would be dealing with that situation. cor
