at the end of the day, it is , yourob in congress oversight function, that guides most of what the government does and all of these situations, especially the situations like this and hotspots. there is a need for the congress and the american people to be involved in all of this. do you get the sense that there is enough oversight or not enough oversight? >> on our committee, yes. again, we try to build up our agencies. we sit there and talk to them what your priorities? what do we need to do? unfortunately, sequestration really hurts. you don't cut everything across the board. that causes a problem, especially in a intelligence of national security. -- unfortunately, it depends on the committee and the relationships with the leadership it starts with the leadership. mike and i made a decision to work together. i think if you look at the record, we are passing budgets and doing other things right now. let me get back to what the issues are that we are talking about, as far as what we need to do is to win the war. one of the things that we can't do, and mike said it, we cannot tell our enemie
