let's get right to kpix 5's betty yu who has been tracking this breaking story for us.ty. >> reporter: veronica, let's take you right to those pictures. this is a look from chopper 5 from up above. you can see thick, black smoke billowing into the air right now. this can be seen for miles all across santa clara county. now, san jose mineta is just north of this fire. the airport says right now it is watching the smoke very closely but it says it is blowing away from the airport so air traffic is not being affected at this time. now, we have wathreech t trucks and a large tree go up in flames. right now, we're not sure what business this is. but you can see just how intense the flames and the smoke are at this moment. we think it is some sort of discarded electronics that may be burning earlier we saw some workers moving pallets to keep them from burning but this is what we know right now. we will be sure to keep an eye on it. right now, i'm going to send it over to meteorologist paul deanno to talk more about the winds and the weather conditions out there right now. pau
