it will be a yucky morning rush, pull those covers backup over your head and stay right there. live look at i-95 in south philadelphia, an example of what we will to have deal with this morning are the roads are wet. it has been raining for a while. we have uponning i saw some on the schuylkill expressway. so you'll that have spray coming up off the cars and trucks in front of you. we already have a problem in center city, olde city ramp from front and market to head south on i-95 closed this morning because of an overturned truck. that basically is shutting off access from the gang here olde city, center city nice short cut for folks heading down towards the airport. you want to gain access by using seventh street ramp from center city getting you on to i-95. northbound on the new jersey turnpike an overturned truck right here near exit number two for 322, and that fire location at 17th and west moreland with local detours and all of the bridges, expect slower than normal speeds this morning, all because of weather conditions, otherwise, mass transit and airport so far, so goo

so again it will just be one of those yucky morning rush hours ahead of us, as we continue to travelh the cameras here, 202, in the construction zone, the big bright white lights are on in chester county near 401. this is probably the last of the crews that are out, and off to the shoulder, laying some concrete. no problems in the actual travel lanes. and then we go to northeast philadelphia, i95, right near cottman avenue, we are good to go. speedometer readings where they should be across the board this morning. we do have accident, early accident on the pennsylvania turnpike, near the ft. washington interchange, blockage in both directions, the left lanes are blocked, right around that center barrier. and then eastbound on the schuylkill expressway going to pull out of the king of prussia toll plaza, head east in toward conshohocken, again, start today see little bit after sprinkle on my way in here as you came eastbound on the schuylkill expressway. mass transit, new jersey transit, because of the snowstorm coming here, cross-honoring all of their tickets system-wide today on all

you have that snow to get you in the spirit then you got that rain afterwards and it's a little bit yucky lack of a better word and for a lot of people we've been reporting in buffalo it's just a downright nightmare. all right, one of the reasons it's warming up here today is because we have this very strong system that is causing severe weather across parts of the south. take a look at this out of weimar, texas. yesterday severe storms there rolling through. thankfully no tornadoes but heavy, heavy rainfall. hydroplaning on some of the roadways there, a number of car accidents and in austin they got an inch of rain and in 15 minutes and there were water rescues in that area. all right. the severe weather threat today pushes off to the east. so now we're looking at tallahassee, the florida panhandle to be under the gun and tap gulf of mexico moisture as well. anywhere from new orleans to savannah up through wilmington is where the threat for severe weather, maybe a few tornadoes and certainly some flash flooding because there's going to be a lot of moisture with this over 3 inches of rain
