yvette, let me start with you. i want to show people this video. take a look at this.s is of a flash mob that took place in philadelphia just this past saturday night. and you can see hundreds of teens sort of taking over the streets while the cobbs are out trying to maintain order. walk us through how this came about, and take us inside one of these things. what happened? >> campbell, first of all, how are you? i think what is happening, i think you have young people who want to socialize with each other who are getting together at popular hot spots in the city. but i think what is important is to understand that you have kids who are going who are good kids, and within those groups you have children who go to these locations to wreak havoc on them. and then you have kids who belong to rival groups. and they all end up in the same spot. and somebody bumps somebody or somebody doesn't like somebody, and they start fighting. but what is important to notice on the videos is that you also see lots of children who are standing nearby. not everyone in those videos are punch
