yvonne, have you given diana any advice on how to get through this? talk a lot about that. because the process of recovery is very complex. it looks different for everyone. i immediately felt after you know hearing about what happened at diana's school that i had to go be with her and make myself available in case any teachers wanted to, you know, talk about what they had just gone through. so it's powerful and meaningful to gather together with other survivors of gun violence. unfortunately, there are more and more of us and the numbers are growing all the time. >> diana, has that helped you? >> it has tremendously. she flew in right away and i really did need her. i was like you don't have to come. but she did and i was glad she did because i thought of myself as an understanding person, but now i am even more understanding because everyone is handling this differently. i couldn't speak. i was more frozen those first few days. i didn't want to eat. it was scaring me so i went to the counseling which was very helpful which really ended up being huggi
