yvonne maldonado. let's start with the new request from the cdc.ncy is asking people not to travel for thanksgiving. i want to know what your reaction is to that request, and what do you think will happen if most americans ignore that recommendation? >> well, we do know that a lot of americans when surveyed are saying that they're planning on having a large thanksgiving gathering, and that could just lead to an even bigger surge than what we're starting to see now, and that could take us all the way through christmas and maybe even the new year, so we have to be extremely careful about listening to our leadership and trying to really limit the number of people that we come into contact with over the holidays. >> the cdc has issued a new warning as well that the pandemic is shifting from big cities to small towns. why do you think that is happening, and what are the biggest concerns? >> it's really a ripple effect. as it hit the big cities, it started to drift out. it's really like dropping a pebble into a lake. you just start to see it ripple acros
