chow's patients. >> here's some more with yvonne osborne to continue that part of the story. >> how are you? >> i am great. >> look. >> i have lost since last year 21 pounds. >> oh, my god. >> yvonne came to see me when she was sort of at her wit's end. she had buy pass surgery at an early age. 27 catheter and well over 7 stints. this is just an unbelievable amount of stints and cardiac catsdzes. >> i'm sorry it's going to get pretty tight. >> i can't tell you how shocked we were when we saw her the first time. because here was a young woman whose diabetes was not well controlled. her cholesterol was never well controlled. and her high blood pressure was never well controlled. if someone had talked to her i think someone had teased out her chest pain and shortness of breath i think many would not have been necessary. >> 27 catheterizations. how did you find that to be the case? >> that's definitely an extreme case. but it's not that extreme. people often -- so many people have stints that don't need them. in fact, 97% literally of stints don't actually -- aren't helpful or aren't useful

. >> the woman, yvonne osborne, what was your relationship with her? how long did it take you to find her? >> it took a couple weeks. for us casting is very important. you try not to film people and leave them on the cutting room floor. so we are judicious at finding someone and speaking to them at length beforehand. so it is a several weeks long process in finding her and ultimately following her. >> who is dr. lesley cho. >> she's the head of raidology at the cleveland clinic. >> she talks about the fact that she gets $15 to talk to somebody for 45 minutes, $1,500 to do the catheterization. >> she is talking about the traditional model. at the cleveland clinic, she is paid on salary. she doesn't get paid more to do more. she gets incentived to do a better job. wheree never seen a case it is only $15 a visit. >> it is how much the doctor gets paid, not the hospital. >> you have another doctor you feature, dr. aaron mark. where is she? >> she is based in oregon. >> why did you go to her? >> i think dr. martin really represented the frustration of docto
