ktvu zac sos is following the story and will have the latest for us tonight on the 10:00 news. a federal court appointed special master found a cascade of failures in the treatment of women who were being held at the now closed federal prison in dublin. the 100 page report by wendy still found that there was no safe or consistent path women could take to file sex abuse complaints in a prison where seven correctional officers, including the warden, have been sentenced to prison for sex crimes. the report also says that incarcerated women were not given medical and mental health treatment promptly, and that extreme staffing shortages led to further problems. this report concludes that some of the deficiencies are likely an indication of system wide issues with the federal bureau of prisons. a spokeswoman with the bureau said that they look forward to working on the findings, and recommendations in the report. >> well, by this time tomorrow, we will likely know who vice president kamala harris's choice for a running mate is. that field has reportedly been narrowed down to three ca
