a great example, we launched the corridor, which connects infrastructure from zambia to drc, hopefullythe way to the other side of the continent to india. we have put guaranteed $500 million or more for the rail, but we have billions of dollars already committed of the private sector and multilateral institutions. there is an american company that has revolutionized the telecom sector to expand telecom access. we have done over $2 billion of clean energy project that will not only support the end goal and greed, but be able to be wheeled into neighboring countries so you have more clean energy. and that has transformed the relationship. this is a country we did not have a good relationship with and today is probably our best, or one of the best friends we have on the continent. same for other countries. instead of spreading our meager dollars we have across 40 countries or 70 countries, invest in human capital, financial resources and smaller forces to make a great impact, and has a geopolitical impact for us on the relationship, it changes gdp and supports our supply chains. i think i
