that's one of the things that zelensky was trying to say. but you know what? the ocean didn't save us from 911. the ocean isn't going to save us from certain threats if we're not on top of things, cyber threats. but at the same time, i think it's significant that the that the, the europeans are saying we're not we're not going along with this. and what zelensky wanted from from president trump was a security guarantee. we all want to see peace. but you can't have peace at any price. you've got to have security guarantees. so the russians, when they're refreshed, don't want to move again. that's what the europeans are worried about. it's what we should be extremely worried about. and i've not lost hope yet. maybe there is an opportunity for us to step back from the ledge and realize our commitment to the world really matters, and has kept the peace since world war two. >> well, i do appreciate that sentiment a lot, but picking up on that, chris, because at today's meeting, britain and france said they are going to work with ukraine to develop a peace plan and t

so is there a way back, do you think, for zelensky to go back to president trump and to get a deal mademean, there are concerns at the moment that actually the us is considering stopping aid altogether now. i think now we need support of our allies and friends. and first of all, the united kingdom, prime minister starmer has good relationships with trump. he has good relationships with president zelensky, president macron, the same, prime minister meloni from italy, the same. so now we need support of these friends who will try to establish communication, maybe through them, maybe with their support between ukrainian and american president. we need this communication once again. it's too serious here. we are dying here every day. you've had very warm words from the european leaders, haven't you, since this exchange yesterday in the white house? but the question is, i suppose, what more can will you realistically expect them to do that they haven't already done? exactly. there are very warm words, and i want to thank all european leaders for all support. but the problem is you can't inte
