this woman, zenaida gonzalez walking out of jail after posting bond. gonzalez made headlines when she accused casey anthony of defamation. police say she and her boyfriend stole hundreds of dollars from cancer patient. >> six people rushed to the hospital after a carbon monoxide scare. this is at the walden pond apartments. this complex was evacuated. right now, workers are airing out the down three times yesterday. check out the damage on your screen. you can see the tornado blew cars over, throwing one car on top of another one if the parking lot of broward college north campus. the winds were so strong they flipped a tractor-trailer on its side. you just saw that. students say the twister was still very scary. >> it is like nothing i have seen in my life before. it was terrifying. >> another tornado was report 30 seen in west broward county. fortunately, no one was hurt there either. >> this morning, the american civil liberties union is calling for an investigation of law enforcement after they say black drivers are nearly twice as likely to get tickets for seat belt violations. the it states officers issued 575 seat belt citations to black drivers and 549 to white drivers. however black residents only make up 23% of the population in tampa, meaning the disparity looks more like this. the report also found the problem was state-wide. times more often in escambia and three times in orange and palm beach counties and twice as often in broward county. >> in brevard county, west melbourne police asking for help finding whoever did thousands of worth of damage to a popular park. take a look. according to our news partners, pictures appear to show tire marks in the park. they estimate $10,000 of damage was done there. if you know anything about this flooding will be our greatest concern as we head into the next few hours and likely into the afternoon today. tomorrow looks better. you are not seeing a lot of rain but there is some light drizzle on some of our major royce including the 408 and i-4. the heaviest to the south. more moisture working in from the panhandle. southern sections of brevard county for floridana beach, palm bay and mico seeing rain. we'll see a little bit more of that as we head into the afternoon today building in. look at the temperatures, we are at 62 in orlando right now. 61 in ocala. 65 in melbourne. as we take you through the day, you can see the clouds, plenty of those in place. 71 at noon. rain chances at 40% through lunchtime. going to 70% through the afternoon. we'll see a couple of waves of rain again today, much like yesterday. a good chance through the latter part of the day. we are at 73 at 4:00. a 40% coverage of rain tonight for your evening plans. look at that with the clouds and rain forecast, more of this coming in in waves. another round by 1:00 this afternoon, right along i-4. lunchtime looking wet, the afternoon drive, the bus stop looking wet as well. late tonight into early
