do take a look at what's happening with the stock of zynga.got an upgrade at bank of america to buy from underperform. as a result the stock is up by 5.5% today. they said, by the way, their research is proprietary for clients that don't have a whole lot more they can give us on that. as you can see the stock is definitely moving on the back of that "sky sports new." in the meantime, why don't we talk about what you can expect from the earnings of zynga, managing director here. what do we like to hear? >> the third quarter numbers are fine. they set the bar higher. fine in the fourth quarter. the question is what is the guidance going forward. the key question is what will drive the guidance, what other games in the pipeline. one game recently that came out farmville 2, a sequel to their flagship game. that seems to be hanging in there, and zynga poker, a couple of positives. however, when i'm most worried about, mandy, is the change that's going to happen between the relationship between facebook and zynga effective march. what that change wi

we talked about zynga late last year as sort of the $2.50 stock that could double, and look what has happened: about $3.70 yesterday. i guess you're going to get some sort of poker online application potentially on your handheld. so that is a good bet, but it is up so much, you have to have your money on the right horse, but be careful. for instance, another big stock is international game technologies, about $16. $4-billion company. it has its business in lots of different parts of the gambling industry, but we really don't know exactly how this is going to shake out. remember, it is just one or two states, and a lot of localities are uncomfortable with internet gaming. > if they open the door to online gambling, this could be huge, and that is what is sparking this. but are there other stocks that you would buy in this arena? > > the big traditional gaming stocks are las vegas sands and wynn resorts, wynn being the only one i invest in. they make most of their money, of course, on the in-person gaming: the hotels, the fancy restaurants and clubs. so, i think for them, internet gamb

good news for zynga. you do see there is something thasome thingsthat might happeng weeks that might make a little bit cautious, correct? >> i feel there could be a minor correction, but i do not see this market stalling. you look at the market on a relative basis, stocks versus bonds versus cash, equity market looks undervalued and i see higher prices. imight have to look at the mentality, it is too much of the retail, investors coming to the market and we start to get at that point we might consider our asset allocation models. were looking at that market. liz: there is always an opportunity, is there a favorite sector you like to talk about? >> i do like health care. long-term demographic positives to the health care. however, they are long-term negatives for much of the economy. david: people got pretty excited about hosting as i got quite frothy and now people are pulling back. >> there are two sectors i really dislike right now. the homebuilders. i think there is a new normal in houston. again, demo

and, a turn-around for zynga. the online gaming site posted a profit in the 4th quarter, topping wall street's expectations. shares popped 5% in after-hours trading. the ftc corrects its statement about herbalife: the agency now says language about a pending law enforcement investigation into herbalife is incorrect, saying that it should have cited a foreign government agency. herbalife stock had a wild ride on that erroneous news monday, dropping more than 12% before closing with a slight gain for the day. yesterday was a much milder. the stock rallied 21 cents. a billion dollars. it's the amount of federal student loans that u.s. bororrowers are defaulting on. and because of those defaults, schools are suing former students over non- payment. bloomberg news took a look at court records and found that yale, the university of pennsylvania and george washington university have all taken former students to court over non-payment of loans, specifically perkins loans. those are federal loans earmarked for the poor. pr
