reggie. luckily, that deputy involved in this incident is expected to be okay. and right around 330 this morning, union city police told us that the police activity here in this area off of dow avenue has since been resolved. and they say there is no longer a threat to the community at this point in time, though, police have not confirmed any arrests. this started yesterday afternoon as an alameda county sheriff's deputy was serving an eviction notice. the suspect was considered to be armed and dangerous, sparking an hours long search that went late into the night. multiple agencies were on scene, combing through the streets to find this person. the area here off of dow avenue is commercial and expansive. we heard from a delivery truck driver who was sitting in his truck when he heard the shots. he stepped out and saw the injured officer. >> the ems came and picked him up across the street between the two buildings. of these until calm and then swat saw come in just before midnight. >> the al
