moving to the east, building 3 plaza is aviator's court. this is a space between those two hangars. it is a very flexible space. it is a parking area on a day by day basis buts intended to be a event space to have markets and all different type of events throughout that plaza. and it being sandwiched between the two hangars, it made sense to harken back to the aviation history and it is aviator's court. moving to the south of that is clipper cove promenade. i think this is the name originally conceived and hasn't changed. it is right on clipper cove with the aviation history as well and so it made sense to maintain that same name along the cove and it is a generous promenade that follows the waterfront there, so clipper cove promenade is the name for that edge space. the next one is the cultural park previously named, which is chapel grove. this is space that is centered around the existing chapel. the historic chapel there and the intent of the space is to have a grove of trees that is framing and creating the landscape room around the chapel, so the grove name seemed natural there
