my name is terry peckham, i'm here today in support of the landmark designation of, granting landmark designation to the julia morgan designed, mansion cottage and grounds, these two buildings are san francisco treasures, they weren't protection due to their historical, cultural and, educational significance. you know, as many noticed, i have noted that julia morgan was the first, registered architect license in california for. and the buildings are just really such a brilliant, representation of her. com combining beauty and function and usability, i think it's also unique and that the galileo academy of science and technology, the, the city's science high school, is just a few blocks away. and i think that for girls and young women pursuing sciences, architecture and stem related that this building really is sort of a monument. and it's a reminder of how far women have come in architecture and in all the facets of, of life, so for that, and for many reasons, i just want to say that i fully support , granting the, designation to the heritage or to the, to the 3400 laguna. thank you.
