court at the beginning of the year,
that this was a war forced on it by
hamas in that to tell israel to stop
is tantamount to saying that it
cannot defend itself. it has rafah

that it has gone to great lengths to
prevent harm to civilians, by
delaying the operation in rafah by
several weeks and by telling
palestinians to leave. no country
