the secretary-general of nato came in two weeks ago and said it was a miracle when president trump came into nato, he said it was $636 billion by saying to them no, you have to pay and if you don't, we won't be there for you. somebody has to say it and they pay. it was a large amount of money and with the russia ukraine situation, it's sad. we are in close to 300 million and they are in for 200 million. biden never asked them for money. never said you got to pay, never did. all you did was handout money so we are talking right now and we are working deals so we have some guarantees and other things

that going. we want what we put up. we want a guarantee, we are getting equipment in the european is not adding up with us. we have an ocean in between and they don't. it's more important for them than it is for us, they are way below us in terms of money and they should be paying at least equal, they really should be paying much more by equal to us and they are billions below so we are looking to do a deal with ukraine secure we are giving them with rare earth and of the things. >> was not related to the market
