"natural born citizen" has never been settle bid the supreme court so it's not clear, as in his view, as in trump residents view not clear, whether or not cruz, who was born in calgary, canada, is a citizen. his mom was an american-born citizen. his father was a cuban, and whether or not he is eligible nor the presidency, trump likes to say the harvard law professor lawrence tribe says it's up for grabs. trump has been predicting this, fanning doubts before the citizenship, predicting there would be a lawsuit, and now there is one. cruz said at the debate that trump evenlñç acknowledged havig his lawyers look into it in september of last year, and trump said that cruz is fine now. cruz is looking at litigation. trump was in iowa today ripping on the debate. he did not talk about any mention of the lawsuit but has been predicting one just about twice a day for the last couple of weeks. here's a little trump this morning. essentially being pretty hump bell about -- humble about his

so, a couple hundred miles before earth today nasa cut short an historic space walk when a water bubble appeared inside an astronaut's helmet. a water bubble. 15-centimeters square or something. happened during an already-risky space walk. two astronauts had just 21 minutes to repair the station's electrical system in complete darkness. if they took too long and the sun rows it would have charged the station's solar panels and shocked them. and not in a good way. more in today's slide show. the two astronauts are nasa's

a dozen u.s. marines now missing after two helicopters collided during a nighttime training mission near hawai'i. according to military officials there. rescue crews say they spotted a debris field about two miles off the coast of a beach there on the island of oahu. witnessed heard a loud boom and then saw a big flare in the sky. no word yet on what caused the crash. jennifer griffin is at the pentagon. what do we know about the choppers. >> we don't know a lot. it appears as though hey may have collided in mid-air. we.]3ç know that they found a s field and that fires were seen in the sky, but no evidence of survivors at this point. we know that two marine corps super stallion helicopters were flying in the air, collided off of oahu. shortly after midnight during a nighttime training mission. two and a half miles from the shore. there were 12 marines on. they are missing. a search and rescue effort led

by the coast guard is underway right now. so far there is no sign that anyone survived this. the ch53-e is a heavy lift transport helicopter used by the u.s. marine corps. each helicopter had six people onboard. there will scattered showers at the time of the crash and the two marine corps helicopters are based at the first marine air wing in hawai'i. the cause of the crash is under investigation. >> thank you. wall street needs a time-out. maybe just an afternoon of sitting on the stairs because it's been bad. they're down over there like 378 points at the moment. as bad as 500 points on the day. it's like 1500 points on the year, but it is up more than 7,000 since the president took office, up 92%. doesn't help me today. busse is here. i oil, what else? >> all themes you have been talking about for weeks affecting the market, on the upside and the downside. so it's china, slowing down. and how important it is as a

consumer of commodities. all the commodity companies are down. and the countries that have big stakes in commodity production, they're down. oil is dropping. how much of that is going to stimulate industry? because prices are down? how much is really a proxy for the market saying, you know something, their whole global economy is slowing down, so a lot of supply because of saudi arabia pumping a lot and slowdown in consumption globally. the market says it's going to happen even more in the coming months. and you have china devaluing its currency, which creates instability in the currency market. >> i was watching fox business earlier and two points struck me they were making often. one, thaxethe analysts,p markets don't trust the numbers coming out of china, and, two, they were hoping that more oil rigs would go offline and just got a report today showing one oil rig came offline so the production is still way high. >> yes. production is way high but a lot

of oil rigs have come on -- offline over the last several months you. can't trust the numbers of china but you know things are slowing down and china has been signaling that. the question now is what is happening in the u.s. market is? the u.s. which, has been growing, albeit slowly but growing consistently, the jobs numbers have been pretty good. is that going to be affected by the fact that the global economy is slowing down and the dollar is strong because people have rushed into u.s. assets and bought up dollars and that's hurting u.s. exporters. are we on the counties of a -- the cusp of a recession or in a time-out on the stairs? we have had an overvalued market. this is a regression to the mean. markets go up and go down and they'll eventually find they're equilibrium again. those two camps right now, recession versus this is normal for the market, they're battling and you're seeing that battle take place in the pricing. >> the volume is really high. is there -- is that because everybody is in and making plays? 8y÷ prone for that?

>> the volume being high, some market strategists say that's a signal that maybe your getting a purging of the market. everybody is getting worried and selling into the market and that's the kind of catharsis you need before the market finds its bottom and begins to go up, or it might just be people selling wju level. but we have to kind of look at what has happened since march 2009. the market then was at 6600. we have to remember that. it's at 16,000 now. so there's been a very big runup,u("íq and there has been overvaluation in some prices and that's been discussed extensively. now maybe what you're seeing is some of that work out. >> well, all we can do is watch it. >> that's true. >> can't change it. >> that's true. and jason swag, our personal finance editor says make sure you have a pot of money on the side that for a couple of years will keep you out of the market and your safety bucket while you watch the rest of your assets
