a 116 percent increase in their obama care premiums. don't feel bad, you will not be the highest in the country. is that amazing. and it doesn't work. elect me and we will stop the premium hikes for good. we will stop the madness of obama care. it will be repealed and replaced. believe me. [applause] [cheering] i would love to have those cameras turn over here and just show those people. they don't understand. they don't understand. it would be so good for their television ratings. they don't understand it. they keep it right here and the nice small group of people

behind me! they don't have great seats. they don't have great seats, but tomorrow they'll be famous, okay. i wish the cameras would turn them. people don't have any idea what is going on. they know. they are the most dishonest corrupt people and most dishonest people. most dishonest people. the only time they turn is when they have a protestor and we learned that through wikileaks that hillary clinton was paying the protestors, 1500 each to be violent in our rallies. we just learned that last week. wikileaks. every single one of arizona's 15 counties is losing insures next year because of obama care.

in phoenix, there are eight obama care insurers, gone, have a lot of fun negotiating. there is no one to negotiate with. next year you will have one group to negotiate w. i would like to be that one group. that one group is going to do well. but you will not do well. but you will do well if i am elected and we'll get rid of obama care and have a cheaper alternative. obama care premiums in phoenix, will go up. congratulations, 145 percent. 145. you know, the worst part is that it is no good. it is not like it is great. it is no good. one insurer in the state will

have a $14,000 deductible. you have to use 14000 worth of care before they give you anything. sounds like a good idea? no. we'll have so many great options and plans and we'll have plans and so much competition and get rid of the border and artificial lines that are put there to make the insurance companies rich so they have no competition. you will have so much competition for your business and have great health care and it is a tiny fractions of what you are paying now. just remember. obama care, is that correct. bumper-to-bumper care is a catastrophe for arizona and a catastrophe for the united states of america and we are going to get rid of. it even bill clinton admitted obama care is the craziest thing

in the world where up with premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half. it is much worse know in minnesota 60 percent premiums, the democratic governor who is a party stalwart said the affordable care act is no longer affordable. that is in minnesota. the state which we could win. we could win minnesota. [crowd noise] and by the way, we are winning arizona big. you have seen the recent polls. [cheering] and i thank governor brewer for being here. she is around here someplace. and that young beautiful woman, what a job you did? endorsers of donald trump, vote for sheriff joe. stand up, stand up, joe. [applause] [crowd chanting trump, trump, trump] they don't love tough people who know how to do their job. and fair people. he's tough and fair. and i hope he gets reelected. he is. go out and make sure he gets reelected everybody. there is some bad undercurrents out there, folks. johnathon gruber are, the architect of obama care.

from mitt. my uncle was a professor. but johnathon gruber admitted it was all a fraud and he said it was passed because of the stupidity of the american voter is unbelievable. we are going to show him on november 8th. we are going to show him on november 8th, the american voter has had had it. they have had it. hillary clinton wants to double down on obama care and make it more expensive. and in fact much more expensive than it is right now. she copied me. i am surprise the and she went wow and there were very few people. my contract with the american voters out lines a plan to repeal and replace obama care and i ask for your vote so that we can save health care for every family in arizona. real change also means getting rid of the corruption in washington d.c. as you've heard, it was just announced yesterday that the fbi is reopening their investigation -- [cheering] in to the criminal contact and illegal conduct of hillary clinton. this is the biggest political scandal since watergate and it's everybodiy deepest hope that justice at last will be beautifully delivered. [cheering] hillary has no one but herself to blame for her mounting legal difficulties. her criminal action was willful, deliberate, intentional and purposeful. hillary set up an illegal server

for the obvious purpose of shielding her criminal conduct from public disclose and you are exposure. she set up this illegal server knowing full well that her actions put our national security at risk and put the safety and security of your children and your families at risk. but she didn't care. as long as she and bill got the money, the safety of your family made absolutely no difference to her. to cover up her crimes, she bleached something that even sophisticated people know nothing about partly because it is so expesive.

she bloechd over 30000 e-mails. after, after, after, after receiving a congressional subis pena, made 13 phones disappear, some of those with a hammer. lied to congress under oath many times. lied to the fbi, many times, and then recently two boxes of e-mail evidence went mysteriously missing. although they might have found a lot of those e-mails over the last couple of days, folks, a lot of the e-mail and triggery. the wikileaks revelations have exposed criminal corruption at the highest levels of our government. hillary put the office of

secretary of state up for sale, look at what's happened. and if she ever got the chance, she would put the oval office up for sale also. she would put it up for sale for the special interest and the foreign dictators, who ever offers the right price and usually that's the highest price. yet now it's reported that the department of justice is fighting with the fbi. that's because the department of justice is trying their hardest to protect the criminal activity of hillary clinton. what has our country come to?

97 percent of the department of justice employees, all of their presidential contributions, 97 percent went to hillary clinton. i don't think they like me. there are those and i happen to be one of them who think that hillary offered loretta lynch a reappointment as attorney general if hillary were to become president. we don't want that to happen. a lot of the people feel that way, right? right? perhaps that is what bill clinton was arranging when he met with attorney general lynch

on her are airplane, on the tarmac on a very, very warm day right here in arizona. [crowds boos] the meeting lasted 39 minute and it was a coincidence. he was here to play golf. it was 109 degrees that day. we all love arizona, i have so many friends and i am here so much. when it gets to a certain temperature, we say let's stay inside. 109, it was a very hot day, it was a hot day. and he just happened to see her. oh, there is the attorney general's plane running down the runway. i am out playing golf. there's the attorney general. never once has anyone entered my plane by saying hey, can i come on the plane from the tarmac

while the plane is moving along. [cheering] so they spend 39 minutes talking about golf and grandchildren? i give golf two minute and grandchildren 3 or 4 are and the rest of the time perhaps was discussing the fact that the attorney general was going to make a decision, right after that about hillary clinton. so what's happened to the justice department? choose happened? this is what i mean when i say that our system is rigged. our system is rigged, folks. be careful with your votes. and watch your votes. a vote for hillary is to surrender our government to public corruption. cronyism that threatens the

survival of our constitution itself. what makes us exceptional is that we are a nation of laws and that we are all equal under those laws. hillary's corruption shreds the principle on which our national was founded. government corruption spreads out like a cancer affecting the operation of our government. and i have to tell you, that i respect the fact that director comey was able to come back after what he did. i respect that. and when the other side is complaining and complaining, it was no reason for it because all of the crimes that were

committed, something should have happened then. not now. and just to break it down to many, but when you delete 33000 e-mails after getting a subpena, that is it and it is over. it is over. and i will tell you, without knowing anything the only reason -- [crowd chanting lock her up. ] the only reason, the only reason that they did this action that you saw yesterday, was very, very serious things must be happening and must have been found. very, very serious things. very, very serious things.

and you can also ask when they complain on the other side, why wasn't this evidence given previously? why wasn't it given previously. and when you talk about p instincts. i don't know if anybody saw my comments on anthony weiner? it is called instinct, folks. i had no idea i would be that accurate. boy, that was right on the nose. when the outcome is fixed and when the system is rigged, people lose hope. they stop dreaming. they stop trying. when the powerful can get away with anything, because they have the money and the connections to rig the system, then people lose confidence in our law and confidence in their futures.

hillary clinton corruption is corrosive to the soul of our nation and it must be stopped. it must be stopped. give me a break. eight years ago, it is all over the place. but one of the reasons, i say it is rigged is because hillary clinton, nothing to do with what was found recently, hillary clinton should never, ever, based on everything that took place be allowed to run for the presidency of the united states. she shouldn't be allowed. [cheering] [applause] she should have been disqualified a long time ago. and when you read the nasty wikileaks. the horrible things said about catholics and horrible things said about evangelicals and horrible things they said about bernie sanders. i mean, say what you want. what they said about bernie sanders is rather incredible. and then they had the super

delegates he never had a chance and you know what, the first thing he did was backing her. he would have been going down as a great figure in our country, but once he did that, he sold his soul to the devil. but we'll take the bernie sanders voters because my trade policies are are much tougher and stronger and much better than his. and we'll have a lot of the trade, but it is going to be a two- way highway and not a 1 way road out. as fdr once said. government by organized money is just as dangerous bee organized mob. it is true. so true. hillary believes money and power and not truth and justice should rule the day. we have one ultimate check on

hillary's corruption, and that is the power of voting, november 8th. so the only way we are going to beat the corruption, is to show million and including millions of people voting for are the first time in their entire lives. vote with all of your heart and soul, because we are going to make america great again. okay, just remember that. we are. enough. [cheering] right now, there are 70 million american women and children live in poverty or near the brink of poverty. america's lost one- third of its manufacturing jobs since bill and hillary's nafta. one- third. america has lost, listen to this. it is not even a number. i thought it was a typo. i thought it was 700 or 7000 fact rows. america's lost 70000 factories since china entered the world trade organization. i am very close to china and

their tenants of the buildings in new york. i am not angry at china. i am angry at our people for allowing them to get away with this. i have the biggest bank in the world, the chinese bank. far bigger than any other bank and i sell them condo and i own a building in san francisco and new york because of china. china's wonderful. but they are getting away with murder. mexico is getting away with murder. their people and leaders are are smarter than ours. they are more cunning. we'll stop it. don't worry. we are building the wall. don't worry. we are living through the greatest job's theft in the history of the world. that's what's happened. this is the single greatest job theft in the history of the world. there's never been nafta. 1 way street out. 1 way street out. they get the jobs, they get the factories and plants, right? they get the money and what do we get? we get the drugs. we get the unemployment. we get the drug and unemployment. hillary's goal is to send millions more jobs out of our country because that is what special interest want. i have over hundred million of my money. i would feel foolish it is money

i don't take from special interest and lob beyist and donor and we have had tremendous success with small donors. $61 a head. no republican came close. we raised millions in campaign contributions from small donor and people who put up $61. and no republican has ever done that. very few people have done that. and it is beautiful to watch. they love our country. remember, remember, i had a good time on the other side. when you talk about insider and outsider. i was on the other side and i did very well. but i also love our country. and i see what is happening. we would not have a country left anymore. we give them back 150 billion.

we give them 1.7 billion in cash. we thought it was $400 million. and you know what that is, that is this stage. triple it and going up to the ceil issing. that's what cash is for. 400 million. we were wrong. it was 1.7 billion in cash. airplane loads. and then obama said had had nothing to do with the hostages. but it did. the hostages would not be released until the cash came. $1.7 billion. and they would not release the hostages until they got the cash and then they humiliated us. everybody forgets. i never forget and they

humiliated them. but they the cash was to be days two days from the time of their capture. so instead of saying folks get out of here, they captured them and brought them to their knee and you mailiated those ten people. and the rest of their lives humiliateed and humiliated the united states of america after they made one of the great deals. and then they ride around and do things around our boat and circle us. oh, they wouldn't be be doing that. and then they take their fighter jet and ride very, very close and do all sorts of things. no, no. it's amazing. we gave them and everything now instead of thanking us. they feel emboldened.

they feel emboldened. and so you watch. we are going to be very, very careful. you know, signing nuclear deal system's good thing but kerry never walked. they got every single point. the worst deals that are are worst than if you had no deal. with all of the stupidity that i see, how about with a capture and deport 800 people, and these are tough people. and they made a little mistake. and they were going to deport them and they were sorry united states citizen. welcome aboard. so 800 people. like i said the money. 400 million. 1.7 billion. and so instead of being deported. they pressed the wrong button.

the wrong button is somebody got cash. now, how would i know that. they will criticize me and say that is a terrible thing. how did donald trump complain about voter fraud. there is no fraud that goes on. really? watch, watch, be careful and watch. and so 800 people instead of being deported, what happened, congratulations, they are now citizens of the united states. they are rough citizens. but we made a mistake there, too. and instead of 800 people it turned to be be 1800 people. our country doesn't win anymore. we don't win with isis, we don't win with trade. we don't win with borders. we are going to start winning again, folks. i am doing it for you. believe me. hillary is going to raise taxes up to 45 percent. and massively expand regulations and shut down american energy which is a disaster and push through terinl trade deals that offshore our jobs to the benefit of her donor and special interest. her policys in my opinion, will cause major, major recession and maybe depression. 's trump administration will stop transpacific partnership. a horror show. really bad deal. that's a bad deal. we are going to renegotiate nafta and we will not stand up -- china, we'll have a great relationship with china. and we are going to stand up to china, on its massive curiency manipulation. because they are beating our companieses because of currency

manipulation. and lower taxes on american business 35 percent to 15 percent. [applause] >> we'll cut taxes for middle-class families by hundreds of billion and my infrastructure help will provide help for proposed interstate 11. you know what that happens? connecting phoenix and los angeles. it is time we have something new. you ever notice we don't build bridges or tunnels anymore? you go to china they have bridges all over the place and tunnels. we don't build anymore and we don't make anything combchlt everything comes in from different country asks we'll unleash the full power of american shell, oil and clean coal and put our miners back to

work, folks. put them back to work. we'll become a rich nation once again. but to be be a rich nation, we must also be a safe nation. a trump administration will secure and defend the borders of the united states and yes, we will build a wall. i am proud to say that we have the endorsement of america's ice. you know ice, they are tough strong people and 16, 500 border patrol officers. first time they have ever made an endorsement for a president of the united states. first time they have done it. when hillary clinton was secretary of state, she allowed thousands of the most dangerous criminal aliens in the world to

go free inside of america because their home countries wouldn't take them back. we would catch the killers and drug lords and gang member and we would bring them back to their country and their country would say we don't want them. we don't want them and we'll not take them back. they call the secretary of state, and she would say. bring them back. and that's why we have a lot of the problemses. we take them back, and we have people begging us not to take them back. as president. there will not be one instance where we take them back. not one. [cheering] these were people guilty of murder, assault and rape and all manner of viulent crime. countless americans are killed by illegal imgrants because our government will not do their job. you saw that incredible friend of mine, who just spoke incredibly by the way.

the pain that so many people are going through. remembrance project, incredible people. americans like sergeant brandon men dosa of mesa. mesa, arizona, who was killed by an illegal immigrant with a criminal record a mile long and should have been deported and everybody wanted him deported. but the government under obama refused to act. he killed. i spent time with his unbelievable mother. and they are devastated. life can never be the same. 28 year old park ranger, chris egle was shot and kill would by a drug cartel hit squad and that was responsible for number of murders in mexico. chris died trying to protect our border in the organ pike narnl

monument. he violently died. 33-year-old phoenix police officer erebbing eph a h. a young cancer survivor was murdered by a previously deported illegal immigrant with felony warrants and with a record so long that you wont believe it, and how did these people get in our country? nick was shot twice, nick was shot twice in the back of the head. 21-year-old grant runnerbeck whose father is here someplace. where is his father. you are fantastic. you are are fantastic. grant was work nothing a convenience store in mesa, arizona when he was shot point blank by an illegal immigrant.

the killer despite a tremendously horrible criminal record was out on and right now, was out on bond androams free. when i become president, you can count on this. when i become president, this crime wave, is needless and senseless crime wave will end immediately. immigrants who return after a previous deportation. in other words, we get them out and they come back. and look at kate steinially. he came back five times. we get him out and they come back. and we say listen you do five year and after that step year and they are not coming back anymore. not complicated. we will end illegal immigration and deport every last criminal alien and save american live and we'll do it quickly. flynn here and having so many of the generals at our side. in fact, where is general flynn? he is around here someplace. incredible guy. [applause] [cheering] general kellogg, we have incredible people. and we have the endorsement of over 200 admirals and generals and 22 medal of honor recipients. [cheering] our air forces is the smallest and oldest it has ever been and my plan builds a modern advanced fighter aircraft. fighters like those that will be stationed at luke air force base. at lukes. you ever see our fighters are so old that they don't make parts anymore? you have sewn the documentaries all over the place.

they have to go to plane graveyards and old airplane museums to get parts. that's what our great people are flying in. our armies is the smallest and we give beautiful new stuff to people we hardly know. we are really run by bunch of geniuses. our army is smallest it has been since world war ii. and we will increase the size of our army and the emphasize we place on intelligence. you know, you can see what is going on. and i want everything to be done properly. but you see in mosul. i have read about mosul for four months. we are going to be attacking mosul in four months. we are going to attack it in three month and attack the leaders of isil. did i say isil?

isis. isis. i don't like saying isil. we are going to take -- i don't like saying isil. we are going to take the leaders of isis and we occur going to capture them. shields, killing people. just like medeval times. we don't want to talk, we get it done. here's obama. we are going in, in four months to mosul. i don't want to hear it, please. we are going in three months. and two months and redline. that's right. we are drawing a redline. what a group. we have a president who is essentially incompetent. i am telling you. incompetent. a disaster. why isn't he doing other things? so he's always campaign for example hillary. hey, here's my question. under the circumstances of what the fbi just announced, will he continue to campaign? i don't know if they are going to do that. but we want to support the men and women at fort waho had ha. you know what the fort is whatcan you ca. home of the army's intelligence center. and places like marine corps, air station uma. and they will have new aircraft and not have to get spare parts from the museums anymore.

and we need a new policy that puts america's first. we don't put america first, folks. it is like we have leaders that said, negotiating with countries we mark sure they come out well. and us, don't worry about us. people take care of them very well. hillary's policy unleashed isis and empowered iran and spread death and destruction in the middle east. hillary and our failed washington establishment spent 6 trillion on wars in the middle east and now it is in worst shape than it was before we started. i mean, the middle east is far worse shape now. our failed establishment has betrayed the american worker and family and dragged us in foreign wars that made us less safe and left our borders wide open at home and shipped our job and our

wealth away to other countries which we are stopping immediately. [applause] [cheering] when we lose our companies, out of arizona and so many other states, all of the states moving to mexico. take the example of carrier air conditioning. indianapolis, indiana. and by the way, how good is mike pence? governor of indiana. what a great job he's done. what a great job mike's done. that is good instinct and judgment. bernie sanders said hillary has bad judgment and podesta. i don't know this guy podesta. who ever the hell he is. i would fire him so fast. he says nothing but bad things about crooked hillary. he says nothing but bad things. he says nothing but bad.

he has a memo, she has bad instincts. if someone said that bad about me. even if it were true, i would fire them. i would fire them. unbelievable. no, really. the way he talks and the way the other people talk about her. i mean this wikileaks's is fascinating. they say so many bad things. let's let her alone. she's home now sleeping. to all americans tis now time for powerful leadership. and just think about what we can accomplish in the first 100 days was our presidency. run and they make it look bad. they are bad people. but i tell you, they don't tell you this. the murder rate in the united states, in the united states is the worst and highest its been in 45 years. noone talks about that. we are going to provide school choice and put an end to common core. we are going to bring our education back.
