how they'll be paid for in the long run. we basically put all this on the credit card for grandchildren to pay for it if this doesn't work out, 2020 going forward. leland: that is a prediction for 2020. how are you seen republicans trying to capitalize on the economy right now for the mid-terms? >> the biggest thing is looking right now. they don't have to look at the future because the future is unpredictable. they don't know what's going to happen in four years, eight years, 12 years. we do know the things do know that things revert a set with higher gains in the 401(k), stock market of record highs every single day with the dow closing up enough. with 2020 and 22 midterms coming up, republicans are in a good spot to keep the seats they were going for, to gain more. leland: as much as democrats would love it if president trump was on the ballot in 2018, he's not.
