to get that vote in as quickly as possible. no difference of florida voting on election day and using same paper ballot. same process. don't have to vote in neighborhood precinct. >> what about signature verification. >> absentee ballots there is a signature verification. signatures don't match have time to correct that. sometimes people get arthritis. if you are going to vote in-person, signature provided. has to match signature on file or signature on your it: i voted early 10 days before. seven minutes to go in. no long wait. worked. for us. key is to identify your

your answer to the reluctance some republicans going to election day down couple of thousand votes i think is too big of a margin for republicans to make up your thoughts? >> you are exactly right. i am from california. worst election law in the country. same day voter registration, no voter id. they mail every person a ballot. they let you harvest ballots. last two elections, we gained seats in the house and gained seats in florida. we won three seats in california joe biden carried more than 10 points. good candidates, good commitments. educate the voter, you have to get the ballot in.
