are awesome but i want to know how much they trained to do this? >> reporter: i will try to relay the question and she asked it. she loves the uniforms and how beautiful you guys aren't all that but she's amazed by the athleticism. tell me about the training. what goes into this? how much do you have to work? >> we work very hard. all of us have pretty different training schedules and can be flex plan fluid with what works for our body but we are doing a lot of recovery and cardio at practice and well-rounded and well-balanced. >> reporter: i talked to a former dallas cowboys in san francisco yesterday and said tell me about this game because this game is different from the players. it is different than every other game of the season as far as training schedule, getting ready for and performing, it feels different than week 5. is it the same for you guys, totally different experience than a regular-season game? >> we start working hard and may. we were going all summer long at all season long but when we

get to this point we start ramping up, staying in the gym, working hard, hydrating and staying healthy. what do you think? >> you need some specific tips? >> ask if you will if any of the players, myhomes go out of their way to be nice to the cheerleaders, say hello, acknowledge them, thank them for what they are doing? >> reporter: i will change this one slightly. i like your question but i will alter it a little bit which which chiefs player do you find the most personable with you guys? who hangs out, i can see they are already worried. are you worried like who you're going to leave out? give me one -- we go. >> we are lucky to be on this team and we each have different jobs, we are lucky to watch the game and i love watching those little dances on the field but they work hard like us and they stay busy throughout the season.
