road re-opened today. crews from sioux city enginering crews were removing signs around noon. leaving residents excited about the new and improved glenn avenue. "great, finally we can pull into our driveways and people can get to their places alot quicker," said wadner. the road project was set to be completed in august of this year , but due to unforseen damages, the complete date had to be pushed back which gave morningside parents a challenge in dropping and picking their kids up from school.
