im deborah souverain filling us this midday. im deborah souverain filling in for jessica rae. this morning we're following breaking news out of sioux city... where a fire erupted atthe restaurant sneaky's chicken. that's where we find elisa raffa who has been at the scene of the fire since 9:45 this morning. elisa is there any idea of what may have sparked the fire? deborah hey elisa how's it going out there? elisa deborah, im here at the sneaky's on gordon drive where earlier this morning a fire broke out in the attached shed in the back of the resturant. at 9:30 this morning sioux city fire responded to a call at sneakys chicken on gordon drive. there was heavy smoke coming from the storage attachment behind the resturant but the entered the building, although heavy smoke did, employees inside of the restruant made it out safely. the cause of the fire has not yet under investigation " "

therapist paula wright says, yes, and it all starts with your core. paula wright: "the core muscles the pelvic floor muscles are really important to do right away as long as the doctor is okay with it so that when you start to d da lot of variety of activities such as running oror lifting weights s that you have a good base to o rk with." rae: wright says many women don't realize the imrtance of a strong core... and instead just go straht to arm exercises and leg exercises... which is not a good idea! paula wright: "because if your core is really weak but you do a lot of upper extremety stregthening or lower extremety strenghthening you could actually have more pain down the road." rae: you may not realize this, but new moms are constantly lifting, and without a strong core, wright says you could do further damage to your body. it's important to do ab exercises, anything from crunches and sit ups to planks. a lot of shoulder of women are lifting baby carriages up into their vehicles and different strollers and so if you don't have a good strong base and you are not doing it correctly using the correct posture it can really, down the road, cause a lot of pain." rae: so... to get that pre-baby body back... start with your core! let's get going, i'm jessica rae for abc9 news."

" izabella saul, better known as bella, is a little girl... with a big smile... and a big dream that she brought with her from texas when she moved to iowa with her family around the new year. amanda saul bella's mom "when we lived in texas she wanted me to pull the clouds down so she could build a snowman and that was just impossible." but here in snowy iowa nurses and hospital staff at the university of iowa children's hospital taking care of bella as she battles cancer -- had an idea. heather eastman assistant nurse manager "jokingly we kind of thought lets bring
