"i'd like to introduce our newest multimilionaire, bryon stewart. how about that?" said iowa lottery representer. on wednesay millions of people participated in the largest jackpot in powerball history. 1.6 billion dollars was up for grabs and even though the ultimate winners were out of florida, california and tennessee. 4-8-19-27-34 have made brrian stewart, from onawa who works as a security officer at a local casino, a new millionaire. "it's a nice small hometown and to see that someone won $2 million, that's going to be a great experience and bring a lot of happiness to their family," said lyons. the winner purchased a power play ticket from casey's doubling the

thisishe second time in one week that northwest iowa has had a millionare by winning the lottery. joel dominguez out of sioux city won one thousand dollars in the second drawing of this year and many were excited to find out who the lucky winner was. "that'll get the town buzzing, everyobody will be anxious," said savery. "we got about half way here and we hear that the news is out there at casy's interviewing and we were like, 'oh it's coming," said stewart. some locals say they were slightly disappointed and would love to be the one to inherit the new funds. "uhhhhh story of my life, maybe next time. laughs can't win them all right?" said savery. bryon! reporting live in studio, bria bell . jenna: a 20 year old sioux city man is facing felony charges, after police say he lured an aquaintance into a robbery last night. jenna: authorities say justin dahlheimer is being charged with felony assault and robbery. court documents reveal he and another suspect arranged to meet with an individual and then robbed and assalted him. after searching dahlheimer's car police found the coat the victim was wearing during the incident. he's being held in the woodbury county jail on 10 thousand dollar bond. jenna: governors of both nebraska and iowa were in the sioux city metro today. after addressing their state legislatures, the idea is to bring the ideas to their constituants. tim: and iowa governor terry branstad got the chance to stop by our abc9 studio's today to speak on his goals for 2016. tim: the governor's plan moving medicaid services from state run to privately ruru created much

three classes. some of the biggest news though is about two teams thth are no longer in the poll. west and heelan both fell out of the rankings in class 5a and 4a respectively, leaving no area schools in the raings in the big classes. here's a look at today's poll...kingsley pierson fell a spot to fifth while defending state champ newell fonda is up to sixth. westwood moves up a position to lucky 13 and undefeated mmc breaks into the poll this week. in 2a, unbeaten and defending champ unity christian remains at the topwhile western christian and okoboji hold steady at 5th and sixth. lawton-bronson is down two from 11th to 13th. finally in 3a, pocahontas area is number one followed by fellow unbeaten cherokee at number four. sioux center moves up a spot to fifth and spirit lake drops two places to 7th. chris: the musketeers are in the midst of a seven game road trip, and last week the trip p t off to a rough start. tonight t ey'll try totoounce back against conference leading lincoln. the muskies couldn't find any
