president bill clinton will be in iowa today and tomorrow campaigning. jessica rae: our own bria bell is out at morningside college. she joins us live with more. how's it going bria? bria jessica im here at the yockey room at morningside college, where former president bill clinton will be speaking in about half an hour. he has been out campiagning for his wife, hillary. most recently bill clinton made a swing through new hampshire. today's event in sioux city is the first of six stops in iowa for the former president. the iowa events are coming on the brink of some disheartening news for the clinton campaign. a new des moines register and bloomberg politics poll shows clinton's lead over bernie sandering in iowa has dropped. the poll shows clinton with just two more percent support that sanders. that's down 9 points just one month ago. sanders just announced another stop in sioux city next week, as he continues to focus on iowa. this clip was from a rally he " " bria as you can see, there is still a

" even with managed care our costs go up 46 million dollars next year. without it it would go up 150 million. 150 million is most of the growth we have in revenue so if we dont do this theres virtually nothing left for education or anything else in the budget," said governor branstad. jessica rae: iowa's medicaid roll out begins march 1st. it was delayed for roll out begins march 1st. it was delayed for 60 days following a request by federal officials.

coming off his state of the state address, nebraska governor pete ricketts made a stop in south sioux city yesterday. spreading the word on his plans going forward into 20-16 saying he'll be working on giving nebraskans relief from growing property taxes and increasing state funding for education. "that's a key part of my legislative agenda for this year are those proposals. it's two bills, one in the education and one in the revenue comitee that limit the growth of spending at the local entitities. we the state, we don't collect those dollars, your counties, cities, nrd's, school districts, community colleges. so what we've done is taken those other limits before and put them back underneath that package," said ricketts. jessica rae: governor rickets says he doesn't plan to support legislation that involves gambling or marijuana... unless it is first approved by the f-d-a. jessica rae: donald trump is bringing his campaign back to siouxland... but that's stirring up a debate of its own.

a california woman turned 108 years old thursday... and she got some from a local fifth grade class. " happy birthday to you!" jessica rae: florence montrond (mahn-trahn) had a birthday

residents from her nursing, and she was also visited by 30 elementary school students. those students held a important events during the eleven decades she's been alive. such as.... which presidents were elected .. popular movies and songs... sports achievements and even food.
