weather. an arrest has been made for the hit and run death of a corridor woman near the iowa state campus. campus.ames police now say 18- year-old emma-lee jacobs of urbana was hit and killed by a cy-ride bus last month.the driver of the bus, benjamin clague, has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident, along with another misdemeanoinvestigators say they worked with cy-ride staff to determine who hit jacobs. the case remains under investigation. new information this afternoon about the terrorist attack in pakistan.at least 20 people are now dead after gunmen stormed a college campus in the north-west region. region.police say four taliban militants scaled the walls of the school shortly after classes began this morning. they first shot their way past a security guard, before opening fire on students and faculty.police found many of the victims shot in the head, execution style.security

we now have continuing coverage of the freddie gray trials in baltimore. baltimore.a pre-trial hearing is being held today for four of the officers charged in gray's death.the judge is hearing arguments to strike down court ordered testimony from officer william porter, another officer charged in the case.prosecutors want to use porter's testimony against the other officers.a mistrial was declared for porter last month. he will be retried in june. another officer's trial has
