iowa were 10 to 15 degrees cooler than what we saw yesterday. it was still an above normal day. it was nice out there and tonight we are back to 55 on our temperature. the wind is west around 7 miles an hour. the dew point is low at 47. we cut back the moisture thanks to the front that pass through last night. now we are showing nothing on the radar. as far as satellite a few clouds are beginning to show up we will have those in our skies tomorrow. overall it should be partly cloudy day. and another come to one as our temperature start in the upper 40s and reach into the upper 60s and 70s in the afternoon hours. tomorrow night our next one comes in and that one will have more punch. the temperatures will be cooler by the time we start the weekend. we will have more on that coming we continue with the top stories. right now part of the core door

high temperature so far this month has been 70.5 degrees. that means we are running 6 degrees above normal per day and -- we have seen highs of 70 or above 11 out of 18 days. today things have changed a little bit. yesterday with this front to the west of us we had south winds and the warm temperatures. over the past 24 hours that front past and has been over the top of us. that has seen to it we had lots of sunshine but the temperatures were down 10 to 15 degrees. still well above normal. tonight's guys are mostly clear in eastern iowa. the radars are not showing anything and we do not expect them to until tomorrow night when there may be a few light showers or sprinkles down in the southern counties. it would not amount to much. most of that will stay to the south of our region.

nice for this time of year. we have 72 in cedar rapids and waterloo coming in at 71. the court and 60 degrees. now as we go to the satellite, you're starting to see clouds coming from the southwest and these will move towards us in the next 24 hours. that is associated with our next cold front. that one has a little pop. you will notice as temperatures get back into the 50s time we get to thursday and friday. on our predictor not much showing up in terms of clouds. you can see after midnight we start to notice some of those streaking in from the southwest . as we go through the day tomorrow those will be in and out of the area. i would expect partly cloudy skies and will continue with our mild temperatures until the front associated with these clouds comes through a tomorrow night. tomorrow another mile day and temperatures in the upper 60s
