dealing with threats of clowns and the burlingame and san mateo police departments are monitoring posts about clowns. a second pot grow bust in san leandro netted almost $2 million worth of marijuana. police arrested five people and there could be additional arrests. officers say they confiscated $1.6 million worth of marijuana from the home. on september 25th, gunshots led police to another house, converted into an illegal pot grow house. >> hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of marijuana was seized if a property inside of the loma fire zone. one man has been booked into jail. chris nguyen joins us live with the story. chris? >> reporter: that property had three green houses. two were still standing, and dozens of plants were inside.

from sky 7, you can see members of the santa clara county marijuana eradication team busting a grow operation. authorities have aarrested this man. he is expected to be charged with cultivation and possession of marijuana for sale. >> many operations could start a fire. that is why we take these seriously. a total of 89 plants were recovered today. cash and scales as well as packaged marijuana were also found. and investigators estimate the street value at $700,000. the sheriff's office says the property is not where the loma fire started but says it's in the same area. >> in many operations, wiring is not up to code. >> reporter: it's concerning given california's drought and the dry conditions near loma
