jersey after two children and a woman were killed in home there. prosecutors say at 8-year-old and 11-year-old died from stab wounds. three other people including two teams were wounded and remain critical condition. many of the victims or family members. a deputy killed in georgia and another remains in critical condition. they were responding to dispute at the house and the suspect opened fire hitting both of the deputies as they approached. the suspect name is ralph oman. he wa custody now. this is out of north dakota. a lot of people gathered there to protest the construction of the dakota access pipeline. officers had to respond to this demonstration at the cemetery there. two groups on scene one against the idea of the the other was there to support the pipeline. a lot of support international and national support now
