to robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. he was originally taken into custody on a juvenile warrant. four others have also been arrested in connection with the death of 18-year-old grant watkins. detectives believe, watkins was shot last monday while selling drugs to the suspects. if you have information about this murder, call the carson city sheriff's office. search crews are still looking for a sugar bowl ski instructor who went missing last thursday afternoon. police say 23-year-old, carson may was last seen going up a lift at the resort in white out conditions. they say may was supposed to come back down the mountain after his run to meet a friend at end of the day to get a ride home -- his friend said he never showed. he wasn't reported missing until 24-hours later. but officials say the good news is may's experience on the mountain -- and the fact that there's resources out there to survive -- like snow for water and vegetation for food. if you're doing things right you can survive quite a while out

"one of the greatest benefits is it frees up a firefighter, so they can perform other life-saving procedures, such as establishing an airway, maintaining an iv line so we can give cardiac drugs through that line." washoe county commissioner vaughn hartung says he would like to see other agencies start using the

"part of these improvements and this project is to make carson city a more desirable area in general for new development and for the people who live here" developers say they hope this will fit into the plan to make downtown a more walkable area.... and also tie into the carson street redevelopment project slated to start in march.

of agriculture needs your help feeding kids during the summer months. the department is accepting sponsor applications for the program. if you decide to participate, you'll be given training on the summer meals. sponsors will cook the meals themselves and help serve them during the summertime. it's a federally funded program that's been providing meals when schools out for decades. the department says the need is always there, and the benefits are great. a female suspect who was in the car at the time of the crash is still missing. health officials say the first case of the zika virus was found in the united states. a baby was born with micro-seff-ahlee microcephaly in hawaii.... a condition associated with the zika virus. it's where a baby's head is smaller than normal -- and as a result the brain may not develop properly. health officials say the mother likely had the mosquito borne virus while living in brazil, and gave it to her child in the womb. officials say there's no risk of transmitting the virus to others. crib bumpers may seem like the perfect finishing touch for your baby's nursery but beware. research shows..popular padded crib accessories pose a suffocation risk for small babies. recent research shows an increased reporting of suffocations due to crib bumpers and other objects in cribs. researchers determined many infant deaths would have been prevented if a crib bumper had not been in place. they also found that there is no benefit to using a bumper.
