on kpix 5. a massive blizzard hitting several cities the only thing. the storm is being blamed for at least 18 deaths. washington dv is one of the many cities paralyzed by all the snow. plows trying to clear the 30 plus inches that have fallen. people who decide today go out in the elements got stuck. the city called in extra help to get to stranded drivers. the tarp caused this huge backup in kentucky. blinding snow brought trafficking to a halt on an interstate. the line of cars stretched for 30-miles living hundreds of drivers stranded in the cold for hours. in new jersey, they're getting a double shot from this storm, not only are they dealing with heavy snow, but they have have huge waves crashing ashore causing flooding. some of the areas are still recovering from super storm sandy. ? new york city every mode of
