these are pictures of the 41 year old "maan khalsa's" injuries. 2 weeks ago- he was driving home from work at 9 p.m. when he was stopped at a red light near hilltop mall drive in richmond. according to the sikh coalition- a man in a white ford f-150 threw a beer can at khalsa's car. khalsa rolled down his window and saw five or six men inside the truck. the men began swearing at him, and khalsa called 911.

we are getting new details in about the ongoing investigation into the boat that capsized in the san francisco bay saturday. that accident sent eight people.including a young boy in critical condition. within the last hour we learned that child was released from the hospital today. kron4's maureen kelly was back at the scene today where police boats were searching for the sunken vessal. >> reporter:sfpd marine units using sonar technology searched the waters off pier 45 in a grid pattern looking for the 34 foot long sailboat called khaleesi. they were out for several hours in the waters between pier 45 and alcatraz.as tourist snapped pictures.oblivious to the investigation going on in front of them. here's video that shows the scene saturday afternoon.the boat overturned with 30 people on board.bystanders from other boats responding to the calamity threw life vests overboard. >>:i didn't even believe what i was seeing. >> reporter:capt rod stoltz was piloting one of the boats who came to help.says he saw khaleesi before it capsized some have specualated that 30 people on a 34 foot craft overloaded the boat.if so.it wasn't evident to stoltz. i didn't notice anything wrong with it.
