object and gesturing and making it appear he had a gun. two confirmed deadly crashes and another one that left a bicycle rider critical. the first collision at 35th avenue and van buren where a truck hit and killed a bicyclist that happened around 11:00 this morning. the truck driver stayed at the scene and impairment doesot seem to be a factor. the roads have reopened. another bicyclist killed after colliding with a vehicle on an offramp. it is not clear how the crash happened. we know it happened at 24th street near loop 202, which was shut down while police another bicyclist hit by

the man on the bike rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. the driver stayed on the scene. police do not believe impairment was involved in this crash. a maricopa county prosecutor fears for her life as her stalker shows up in her courtroom. there was a court order for him to stay away from her. >> reporter: 67-year-old the prosecutor with the maricopa county attorney's office. the prosecutor helped put him behind bars in 2007. police say at one point, he threatened to kill the prosecutors and officers found a rifle in his home. maricopa deputy county attorney has prosecuted several high-profile cases and put several convicted criminals on death row. it was one conviction that did

keeps coming back to haunt her. the 67-year-old was convicted of felony perjury for lying on the witness stand during a capital murder trial. according to court documents, five years later, he delivered a letter to his attorney, which was titled "my plan to assassinate jeanette gallagher." police found a in 2013, a jury found him guilty of misconduct with weapons. he was sentenced to prison and three years of probation. he was ordered not to enter a court building without notifying his probation officer. on two separate occasions, he was seen inside the courtroom where gallagher was working.

but to ditch the plane as it caught fire. surveillance video caught it coming down as a fireball just before 7:30 on saturday night. it was a cessna 182 carrying four skydivers and a pilot for the show at the constitution fair involving a pyrotechnic display a mile away from the crash site. one of the fire leading to the catastrophic crash. here is a copy of the report by the ntsb made available today. fire and the pilot was flying at 5,000 feet. shortly after, the left wing of the plane became engulfed in
