victim was passed out, the suspect came and scooped her and carried her away. >> reporter: police report shows ramirez denied knowing the victim but then later admitting to having sex with her. her eyes were closed most of the time and she couldn't consent to having sex. he is due back in court. as of right now, they are investigating this as an isolated incident but they are asking anyone with additional information or has possible similar situation to give police a call. danielle miller, fox 10 news. a valley high school teacher is arrested for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old student. police say the affair happened back in 2011 when when alan john was arrested yesterday. investigators say he was the victim's english and drama teacher and debate coach.
