they found russo's body in an upstairs closet. police say he shot himself in the head. >> this is such a quiet neighborhood. we're sorry this had to happen in our neighborhood. >> reporter: now, russo's wife and three children were here at the home at the time of the shooting. they were not hurt and they were able to get away safely. russo's wife reported he had been drinking before the incident. investigators are results of toxicology tests. police say there is no history of domestic violence calls here at the house. i'm nicole garcia, fox 10 news. phoenix police arrest three juveniles after a series of online threats to nearly two dozen phoenix schools. carl hayden high school was the first to receive threats yesterday morning and they spread through social media. the threats alluded to possible violence and those arrested could be investigated by the

or expulsion at school. phoenix police begin an investigation after a body is found at a cave creek golf course. the discovery was made this morning. a medical examiner will determine the cause of death. a disturbing arrest on the a.s.u. campus. a man is accused of taking stalls. we're live with how he got caught. >> reporter: this is just another reminder of students, just because you're comfortable on campus doesn't mean bad things can't happen. this is the building where he took pictures of females in the bathroom. last night at about 9:20, officers were called to this building with reports of a male in the female bathroom.

came inside taking photos and video. they watched him come out of the restroom and they detained him until he could do interviews. he told officers that he had gone into the building and he could not find the men's room. he used his phone to take video and photos while hi -- while they used some female students i spoke to say they are still creeped out. >> it makes me feel uncomfortable. normally, you think there is nothing wrong. i would never go into a man's bathroom ever so i don't know. it makes me uncomfortable. >> why would someone do that?

began a 10-mile relay on what they call a prayer run. that meeting is happening at 6:00 at desert vista high school. those participating in the prayer run say this is their way of showing adot they do not want this freeway on their sacred land. >> running for us is a blessing. it is our sacrifice to the earth and every step we take is a blessing on the land. so that is why we decideded to have the run because we're starting here from the mountain to the adot meeting where they plan to have the design plans layed out to the public. >> reporter: once they get to the meeting later on this afternoon, they are planning on holding a peaceful protest. we are headed over to that meeting. we will have the information for

a look at. as we look earlier in the day, you can see the block of moisture coming through. you will see it again as it rolls through. mostly the east and northern portion of the valley and there is another batch of moisture just south of us here. you'll see it coming up and developing. as it rolls along, we keep an eye on it. it is headed in our direction. the eastern mountains, you can see a little bit development up some of that stuff might find its way. as you can see here, we get a little bit of moisture around the state, not a great deal but a little bit. the winds are not bad. window rock area at 32 miles an hour. globe, 24 miles an hour. there are a few areas. 88 degrees at sky harbor today and, in fact, 86 out at buckeye. 86 at deer valley.
