next day that's a really good tip. i think also for healthy eating what we need to think about is planning ahead and so really, you know, we're busy, we're working and so pick one take that you st it up and that's our meal for the night. >> when people plan on eating healthy they typically say i'm going to lose x amount of weight, that's why i'm going to do it and that gets into fad diet they talk all protein, no carb, some people are there fad diets we should do stay away from? >> that's a good question that comes up a lot at united healthcare. we actually trisha yearwood healthy nutrition. we have grocery store tours. i have to say weight management it's a question that comes up all the time and what you we answer that is really eat healthy.

that you can have, vegetables, fruits, avoid processed foods, anything that is in a box or in a can, because the fad diets come and go. it's really you have to think about getting good nutritious foods throughout the day and back to portion size. weapon to make sure that we're not overeating at all. >> the hardest part is sticking to it can you give us -- since we're running out of time -- the biggest tip you have to stick to some healthy eating. >> i think a good thing is log what you are eating throughout the day. a lot of times we think, oh, i'll have a snack here or grab a handful of chips here or piece of chocolate there. if you start writing down everything that you are actually eating throughout the day and look at it at the end of the day or the end of the week, you'll realize that you are probably are eating more than you should be. >> perfect. we understandy, thank you so much.
