years old and he does claim a british royal title and he will be in a las vegas courtroom today. we'll see him in person later this morning. you can see who it is we'll be covering who does claim this british royal title. his name alexander manchester and he faces criminal charges that could put him in prison for 14 years. he's scheduled on a charge. wednesday he's back in court for a false police report accusation that led to his arrest on augusn thursday on a miss demean nowhere driving under the influence of drugs case from 2015. he tells police he's the 13th duke of manchester and there are credible accounts online about his life in british media. duke is a lofty british title.

warren jeff was caught on the interstate by the las vegas motor speedway when he was finally arrested. the food and drug administration wants the entire u.s. blood supply to be screened for the zika virus. this is already taking place for blood donated in florida and puerto rico. but the agency wants to expand that. scientists are learning about the virus but know that it's transmitted primarily by mosquitoes and can be spread bisexual contact. 80% of people who have it never show symptoms. the cdc says more than 2500 cases have been reported here in

today. that may be alarming to hear because we heard he suffered a minor heart attack. we heard from a spokesperson for hardy saying it happened yesterday. the congressman underwent a routine medical procedure sand being monitored by doctors in this recovery phase. southern nevada. he's in the construction business and his campaign manager is saying this morning he could be back on the campaign trail by today. >> dana: people in southern high lands not happy. they say their homes are shaking and cracking not from

action lawsuit. the people who live in these homes are waking up this morning and some of them are saying the walls and floors have begun to crack following the blasts. this start when had homeowners got a letter saying that geological conditions prohibit normal construction methods and while the blast levels are being monitored, they are still having issues. as many as 40 people could be part of this class action. one homeowner showed us some of the damage they are alleging came from the blasts. >> this is some of the cracking that began showing up after the blasting occurred and it started

>> kim: i never believe it when i hear it, local firefighters have had similar stories. a woman is just surprised when she goes to the hospital not feeling great. has cramps. finds out she's in labor. went to see the doctor on friday morning to figure out why she was not feeling right. she was told you are in labor so let's get you to the hospital a few hours later little baby entered the world. the little girl nearly six pounds at birth doing just fine this morning. the mom didn't have any of the classic pregnancy symptoms. 11 years have passed since the birth of her youngest child. now family is catching one the help of other families members and friends pitching in to

the police officer who says she made it possible, made higher education within reach. she has two young douser and she lost her own mother in january of this year with no other relatives to turn to for help. she had one person. her school resource officer. no relation to her at all. did find her to be a great person that she was able to bond with at her high school. now she and her living with that resource officer. the teen wrote a letter to the police superintendent expressing her gratitude for this officers help. now that officer is being honored. >> dana: it was a back to school monday yesterday and many of you

now we know why. she reported to jury duty in her hometown of nashville, tennessee. the judge dismissed her from serving on that jury after claiming she could not be impartial to this case because it involves charges of domestic assault. the judge excused her because of her pending lawsuit against the her during a meet and greet in 2013. history made here in las vegas on american ninja warrior. this was seen on national television as stunt woman became the first woman ever to complete stage one of the competition and she did it in a skirt. she hopes heroine will show other women they can do much more than people think they can

her friends and family very excited. actor gene wilder passed away sunday. he was 83 years old. his nephew said he died of complications from alzheimer's diseased. he had been diagnosed with cancer in 1999 but beat that. he was twice nominated for an oscar. he was loved by generations of children for his role in charlie and the chocolate factory. he is survived by his fourth wife. they were married for 25 years. >> kim: they had title of best couple in america. can you imagine going to a cocktail party. >> i love that scene they were
