henderson police detectives say dennis called 911 to say that his wife had been shot. hiss wife reportedly suffered from several illnesses. he bought a gun and told her if she wanted to die to shoot herself. the judge will determine if th hold a defendant over for trial. the police report states that he told detectives he loaded and gun and it was fired but he does not know if the gun was fired intentionally or by accident. that statement that the gun was fired in his presence could be enough for a judge to determine

sexually assaulted and a lot of people thought that was the case. we're hearing that the detectives testified about the evidence on friday. this was during a hearing. police say bella was taken from her home september 2014. her little body found a few days later not far from where she was taken. that is the person who was arrested. officers arresting that family friend. right now he charges, child abuse, kidnapping, possibly facing sexual assault charges as well. that has not been put into the mix yet. this is a death penalty case for him. >> dana: the first woman elected to the powerful clark county commission died from heart failure. she was elected in 1974. she was on the clark county commission for 20 years,
