of rhode island where a suspect accused of killing a police officer in north carolina has been arrested. this is the man that we're talking about here. this is the video of a raid on a home in rhode island where police say that man was hiding. police say he opened fire on officer saturday night and killed him. he is in the hospital this morning being treated for a gunshot wound from that shooting in north after that he will be going straight to jail. >> krystal: for a local video you will only see on news 3. metro arresting those two street performers. they are accused of robbing tourist on the strip. according to people saying they've been harassed by them, just plain aggressive. what can we expect to happen today? >> in a matter of hours they

and heard everything. >> michelle: he is facing life in prison without parole. a sentencing hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow. >> krystal: a restaurant at the silver nugget open again after bed bugs. a pest management plan is in place to make sure it doesn't happen again. this after a customer posted pictures of the bites she received while eating there. those are pictures she snapped while she was eating. pest control workers believe the bugs may have been there for quite some time. >> michelle: a woman says county officials are trying to kick her out of a tree house she's living in. why they say she needs to get out and what she says she is going to do about this.

together to free a trapped woman from a wrecked car. this is in southern california monday night. the victim reportedly told the group another vehicle was swerved to avoid the car. her car flipped over several times. one of the rescuers used a pocket knife to cut the seatbelt. the woman who shot the video says the woman is expected to be ok. from what she could tell she was just shaken up but appeared to be all right.

she was walking on a sidewalk when she was hit and pinned up against a porch. police say that driver was taken into custody being held at a local hospital. police are still investigating what led up to that crash. >> krystal: three police officers injured early tuesday morning. this may be disturbing to watch. wants to give you a heads up here as they were standing outside of a gas station. the incident caught on the sull and you see that happening. a car just plows into the officers. throwing one several feet, another on the ground and another walking away and running after the person who did this. one of the officers, it was his first day of training on the job suffering a head injury. another officer has a broken leg and the third received minor injuries during a struggle with the driver.
