this happened just before 1:30 a.m. that is when authorities say the semitruck hit a guard rail and the driver lost control. this 18 wheel was carrying a family of three. slammed into a concrete pillar and burst into flames. the father died in the fire but that five-year-old child pulled his toddler brother out of that vehicle to safety. moving to texas when that crash happened. >> kim: unfortunately we have tragedy out of new york where a six week old baby girl was killed when she and her mother fell down an elevator shot in brooklyn. the 21-year-old mom was pushing a baby in a stroller in her apartment building. the elevator doors open and the mom pushes the baby inside.

she's african-american, she's a young woman and she's pretty. she's on a flight from detroit to houston and there is a medical episode with one of the passengers so she offered to help. the flight attendant says we don't need your help, we have an older white man who is a doctor to help us. according to a facebook post the flight attendant said sweety put your hand down we're looking for actual physicians or nurses or some type of medical they figured out she is an actual doctor. that employee did apologize and offered her free sky miles as well. the doctor saying this is just discrimination. >> kim: we want to hear your thoughts on this one. go to social media and search for kim and dana wagner. this is one i have a feeling

deciding whether local victims will get more support in the future. we have the general election less than a month away and it's not going to be on the ballot this time but it's being talked about. criminals here in nevada have more rights than the victims. >> michelle: it is hard to wrap your head around this but think about this. right now the way our constitution is written in the state of nevada rapist and protections under the constitution than the victims of those crimes. that's why advocates are trying to get this on the ballot. it's not going to make it for this coming general election, it's too soon. they are going to try to get it on there by 2018. marci's law would allow victim, it would amend state constitutions that don't offer these protections so these victims of crimes will have the
