witnesses say after the car hit the man, it kept ongoing, did not stop to render aid, did not call police to let them know this had happened. so now they are looking for the person who was driving that car last night. i do not have a suspect description. police have not ginn that information out and we don't know what kind of car we're looking for. if you see a car with a lot of to let police know about it. >> dana: a local mother waking up behind bars after her four-year-old daughter was accidently shot with life threatening injuries. this happened in the northeastern section of the valley yesterday. investigators say the woman left her gun on a chair in a bedroom

her as tracy don hugh. she and her husband were heading to lunch on saturday when that man started firing on them hitting her in the neck. she later passed away at umc. sources tell us that the couple was shot on purpose. they were targeted because they were in an old style police looking car that. suspect allegedly thought he was shooting at local police >> dana: happening today about five hours from now it's a big deal for southern nevada so as a result brian sandoval will make a big deal about signing two bills into law. this is going to happen on the campus of unlv today. the republican governor joining lawmakers and representatives for the raiders in a ceremony set for 11:00 this morning. lawmakers met in a special session last week approved a

over in san diego. there is a popular park below. a man over the weekend active duty navy fell 60 feet off of that bridge hitting all of the people below. the driver identified as 24 years old charged with d.u.i. and manslaughter. he is active duty navy stationed there. he remains hospitalized with serious conditions and so many people hurt when that happe >> krystal: it's breaking news we've been following as we take live looks. right now there is a big push to try to retake the city from isis. you have iraqi and kurdish forces working together with u.s. led airstrikes trying to launch this offensive or launching this offensive. it started early this morning.

we heard the candidate but heard mike pence saying something different over the weekend. i've heard other people on the stump for him with a different message. what is going on here? >> just a lil twist. i will tell you right now trump is on twitter reiterating that point saying that the election is rigged and saying that the media perpetuating false stories about him. governor mike pence said the media is ignoring the real story are the clinton emails and trying to change the debate saying those show a pay per play politics. the emails show corruption that have been posted on wikileaks. tim kaine comes back saying you can't trust the emails that are on wikileaks because they are backed by the russian government so you don't know if they are false or true at this moment.

field of rancho high school. according to witness a man was crossing the street, he was not in a crosswalk. he was not in the intersection. a car ran him over. that car did not stop. that person did not call 911. the man who was hit died at the scene. now authorities are looking for the driver of that vehicle. unfortunately we don't have a vehicle description and don't have a suspect description right now. police have not released that information. we don't it. right now they are looking for somebody driving a car who took the life of a man last night. >> dana: two more arrests have been made in the death of the daughter of tieson gay. treenty shot in the neck and taken to a hospital where she

started shooting at each other and trinity was caught in the crossfire. they may have tracked down one of the cars involved in the shooting and are questioning possible suspects. >> kim: that train terminal where the train slammed into the platform three weeks ago killing a young mom, it reopened hours ago. 100 other people were injured in that crash. the train was min the speed limit when it slammed into that platform. they also say that the operator pulled the emergency brake just one second before impact. a preliminary report into the crash shows the brakes were working properly but not offering any other insight in the cause of this accident beyond ruling out the train was having brake problems. >> dana: brett favre honored
