this accident during the 5:00 hour at the intersection of flamingo road and valley view. we understand this is a fatality accident. appears to be involving a motorcycle and you can see there is a complete closure all directions. eastbound is shut down in front of the gold coast and westbound travel shut down at hotel rio drive. complete closure. valley view is a noo flamingo use spring mountain road or tropicana. serious situation here on flamingo as we continue team traffic with jeff. >> jeff: we'll stay on top of that. we do traffic and weather every 10 minutes. another accident on 15 northbound as you approach washington. the slowing is starting southbound now which is typical. travel time of 7 minutes from the bowl to tropicana. from henderson areason clear.

found pinhole cameras aimed at different areas of the house. this is a criminal investigation. in a moment you'll see the person booked in connection with this case. it happened when coworkers rented a house from chris rogers were they were here for the consumer electronics show and they called metro and discovered the blinking lights had pinhole cameras throughout the house focused on bathrooms and other areas where people in a statement air b & b says negotiate tiff incidents are incredibly rare and the host was banned right after the guest reported this problem. this was a grand jury indictment so no preliminary hearing. that means the investigative part of this was done in secret. the first public event for this case would be the trial which

the privacy is a big deal given the nature of this crime. >> dana: the allegation are creepy. a man shot by an nhp trooper earlier this week has died. the man stole a car at a downtown car wash and led trooper's on a 12-mile chase. he hit cars and curbs before henderson. the man then pulled an elderly couple out of their car and tried to get away. that's when a trooper was forced to shoot him. he was taken to the hospital around 7:00 on wednesday morning but he passed away yesterday around 10:00 in the morning at sunrise. >> krystal: a local judge says a murder suspect can't cover his facial tattoos with makeup.

swats caand tier drop because it would prevent a jury bias against limb. he is accused of shooting and killing a 75-year-old woman after breaking into her home. the judge denied the motion to put the makeup on. a judge in a separate case when he was convicted of robbery ordered them to cover up. no. the case likely to head to trial next year. >> dana: henderson areason police need your help finding a bank robber. this is a woman washingtoning up to the u.s. bank branch instead a smith grocery store this. happened yesterdayment that's a decent shot of her face. you can see she has a cap on as well. somebody might be able to recognize this. police say she sat down a note

help get her off the street. you can call crime stoppers. from moments ago this out of san antonio, texas. a man in that truck presumably stolen being chased by police officers as a news helicopter was overhead at the time. we saw this chase come to an end a short time ago. you'll see it after the u turn. police were able to get in convenience store. officers descend guns drawn to the drivers side and pulled the man out on to the ground. they were able to get him into custody a short time later. >> krystal: the president of the philippines making a major announcement. what he's saying about the relationship with the u.s. >> dana: john curtis joining was

the death of a playboy model being linked to an appointment with a chiropractor. coroner cited neck manipulation as the cause of katie may's injuries that led to her death. according to the coroner may died from blunt force injury that tore her left vertebral artery. the injury brought on by a trip to the chiropractor for an adjustment following a fall. what flow to the brain. her death was ruled accidental. >> dana: reese witherspoon sitting down with "the today show" this morning talking about how she's taken risk in her career. >> i'm always putting myself out there. you have to jump two feet into a cold pool. maybe it's going to pay off,
