making terror threats on the internet and he will face a judge this morning. he was arrested in august after going on a rant that had people at google concerned. the arrest report indicates that google believed an emergency involving imminent death did exist. his potential target the lgbt community and satanist. reports say that pictures on facebook show him heavily armed. within one of the pictures looks like and he's being praised by others who shear his same sort of thoughts. he was arrested. police say he did confess. although he says he's not a killer. within his video rants he says he's a christian warrior tired of america and he would start killing. as this story continues to top develop, we will have live updates from michelle that will head your way next hour. >> dana: halloween night can be

walking around the on the streets of las vegas. kendall joins us live and we did have tragedy on our local roads just hours ago. >> that's correct. two people yesterday were hit while walking on las vegas roadways. the first one -- the second one did happen to be deadly happening near sunset and bermuda yesterday evening marking the 30th time this year alone that a pedestrian was struck and killed in metro's jurisdiction. the first crashe 85-year-old man who was halfway across lamb when he was hit by a car. in that second crash a 41-year-old woman from los angeles lost her life here in las vegas after she was hit just a few hours later near sunset and bermuda. she was hit by a pickup truck while jaywalking. metro wants to remind the public no short cut is worth risking
