these are the two suspects that police are looking for. they are seen on camera calmly walking down the street on saturday on sand piper way. the two walk into a house and less than a minute later a large bang is heard which police say is the gunshot. 17 minutes before that shooting a stolen moving truck was captured on the images and police believe the two men that walked into that house were driving that vehicle. they are calling it a drug victim dead inside. >> i called my friend to see what he was up to and he said he found our other friend tom on the floor apparently he had been shot. i asked him if he was dead and he said he thought so. and at that point he was like i think i got to call the cops and i told him good luck with that.

are urged to call police. >> dana: thank you. a local man who pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter learned that he could spend up to 20 years behind bars. he was in court yesterday. jimmy robinson on the left. the man that will be going to prison for up to 20 years. this is surveillance video of the confrontation. robinson said he had watches on him whe stole the watches and took off. the other teenager, mills, ran away and that's when robinson opened fire shooting him in the back and killing him. he pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter earlier this year. in that courtroom robinson turned around and spoke to the victim's family members telling them that he was sorry for this. >> kim: decision 2016 takes us

today, check out your sample ballot. the location is printed there on the ballot. if you can't find it and you know a polling location near you, go in and they will help you out. all the people working these local polls are helpful. you can't wear anything that supports a particular candidate or maybe some sort of ballot issue. a live report from craig at that location in about 15 minutes from now. when you go, just a reminder one some people breaking the rules here locally. don't wear anything that is on the ballot that could cause concern. >> dana: nevada figuring prominently in the race for the white house. we are a swing state. we could figure in who controls the u.s. senate as we have a tight race for a senate seat today. >> michelle: this is a big one and not just for us here in the

this is one that everybody is watching and that as you mentioned is the senate seat for harry reid. this could determine which party controls the senate and right now we have katherine cortez and dr. joe heck. and this is a big one because harry reid has held this seat since 1987. he served as majority leader and is the current minority leader. forth with who is ahead. we'll find out at the end of the day. republican heck and democrat disagree on big issues. one of the big ones we'll be looking at question one on the ballot which would close the loophole allowing private and gun show sales without background checks. republican heck opposes it and
