strip.... right now.. bryan.... this section of flamingo is closed here from linq where we are dwn to las vegas blvd. east bound traffic should be closed all night. westbound traffic will be close on and off. metro says this is for a movie shoot right here on the street. they are not saying what the movie is. but you remember at the golden globes ring is excepted speech matt damon said he was going to be heading to vegas to shoot his latest bourne movie. we know from social media post there was some shooting going on at the aria earlier this week. and last month damon told variety that bourne movie would be shooting a car chase scene on the strip. so while we don't officially know what movie this is it's very likely matt damon's latest bourne movie being shot here tonight. the closures are expected to last until around 4 o'clock in the morning so if you do have to head this way you might want to try using di or tropicana to head east and west.

a man is dead after a motorcycle crash near lk. mead and fiesta in henderson. witnesses say the motorcycle was heading east on lake mead when the suv heading east on lake mead when the suv made a u-turn and crashed into the bike. according to investigators.. the motorcycle rider was speeding and the driver of the suv failed to yield. no word yet on possible charges. the mayor of boulder city... speaking to action news about the scandal... happening in his city. starting with the former animal control supervisor... accused of illegally killing animals.... reportedly leading to the city's police chief resigning. action news reporter.... gina lazara was at the city council meeting tonight... where the topic wasn't even addressed.. gina?? a meeting with 15 agenda items -- and the police chief's resignation -- wasn't one of them. no one from the public had any questions about the case.....like who might lead their police department now. the city spokesman told me....it could be months before a new chief is appointed.
