> new developments on the so-called "affluenza" teen-- the case against ethan couch will now be moved to adult court. the 18-year-old appeared in juvenile court this morning in texas. you'll remember he and his mom fled to mexico, after video surfaced online showing the teen violating his probation. couch was involved in a 20-13 wreck that left four people dead. he could now face jail time. we're also hearing he'll be put in solitary confinement we're learning more about a teenager in palm beach county, florida.. charged with impersonating a doctor. yesterday.. we heard from malachi love-robinson.. known as dr. love. today.. his former co-worker is speaking out. pereus wells was dr. love's business partner. he says he had no doubt about love- robinson.. who assured him he was a real naturopathic doctor with a phd and board certification to prove it. he says the teenager even got approved for medicaid in order to take medicaid and insurance, you have to show

you have to hae a doc number. and the doc number has to be valid. how did he get a doc number? how did he get this stuff? love-robinson was arrested tuesday during a sting operation as he tried to open a clinic. the winds have died off and high pressure with tons of sunshine is firmly in control. temperatures will rise into the low to mid 70s tomorrow with just a few high level clouds around and will continue to rise into the mid and upper 70s for sunday through the remainder of this week. as high pressure builds in from the west we'll see some stronger winds through the las vegas valley with gusts to about 20 or 25mph possible sunday and monday. the colorado river valley could see some stronger winds, but models have shifted the strongest winds slightly east which diminishes the chance for wind advisories for lake mead and southward. the winds settle down by tuesday evening and will generally make for a simply amazing week.

german researechers focused on drugs like prevacid.. nexium and prilosec. after examining the medical records of more than 73-thousand patients.. ages 75 and older.. they found long-term users of the drugs were 44-percent more likely to develop dementia. researchers point out.. it's only a link.. and doesn't show the drugs actually caused dementia. we all breastfeeding has many benefits for babies, but now a new study says breast milk may not be as beneficial as you think... especially as the infant gets older. doctors have long suggested breast-feeding women take vitamin d supplements. and now, they're saying children should take those supplements for the first year of life! if children have low levels of vitamin d, they could be at risk of developing rickets or a bowing of the bones. still ahead... a final look at your forecast! and.. before we head to break.. a look at tonight's abc primetime lineup on channel 13. 8 -- last man standing 8:30 --
